As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing various operational activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, procurement, logistics coordination, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all operational activities, ensuring seamless execution of business processes.
  • Manage inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock control.
  • Monitor order fulfillment processes and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure availability of raw materials and timely production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and guidelines.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to track performance metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Managing and overseeing day-to-day operational activities within the company
  • Coordinating with suppliers, retailers, and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Tracking inventory levels and managing stock replenishment
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and evaluating operational efficiency and making recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
