As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing various operational activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, procurement, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor and optimize operational processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all operational activities, ensuring seamless execution of business processes.
- Manage inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock control.
- Monitor order fulfillment processes and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure availability of raw materials and timely production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and guidelines.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track performance metrics and make informed decisions.
- Managing and overseeing day-to-day operational activities within the company
- Coordinating with suppliers, retailers, and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Tracking inventory levels and managing stock replenishment
- Assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Monitoring and evaluating operational efficiency and making recommendations for improvements
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
Requirements
- 2-4 years relevant experience as Operations Assistant/Coordinator
- Communication skills: Hindi, English, Malayalam
- Male candidates preferred
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
