About This Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator with manpower experience to oversee daily workforce operations, attendance tracking, documentation compliance, and coordination with internal departments. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Attendance

  • Ensure UL updates and camp attendance are accurately recorded and shared daily in designated WhatsApp groups in coordination with the Labor Coordinator.
  • Review and verify daily attendance reports prepared by the Operations Assistant; report discrepancies or missing data to the Operations Manager.
  • Monitor workforce allocation to ensure all operatives are assigned tasks and no manpower remains idle.
  • Update and maintain the “Free List” in the ERP system regularly.

2. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain and monitor operative records in the ERP system, ensuring no expired documents are active at project sites.
  • Follow up with HR and Procurement to expedite pending documentation.
  • Prepare, scan, and dispatch mobilization documents for safety inductions and project requirements.

3. HR Coordination & Employee Support

  • Coordinate with HR and the Labor Coordinator for processing and finalizing vacation approvals.
  • Track employee vacation schedules and ensure timely return to duty.
  • Address employee grievances by liaising with relevant departments and ensuring timely resolution.

4. Resource & Client Coordination

  • Update and record daily bed space availability in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with the Transport Department for operative movements and camp transfers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to fulfill manpower demand and client-specific requirements.
  • Support mobilization activities in coordination with the Operations Assistant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in manpower operations / workforce coordination (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and attendance tracking.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in UAE manpower or labor supply operations.
  • Familiarity with camp management, mobilization processes, and compliance requirements.
