Role Summary
Udrive is looking for an **Operations Coordinator** to manage **daily coordination between drivers and the Operations team**.
The role ensures smooth vehicle movement, timely execution of operational tasks, and effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily tasks between drivers and the Operations team
- Assign and track driver duties such as vehicle deliveries, pickups, and transfers
- Monitor task completion, timelines, and real-time updates
- Act as the first point of contact for drivers for operational instructions and support
- Escalate delays, breakdowns, or operational issues promptly
- Maintain daily logs, trackers, and movement reports
- Ensure drivers follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in driver coordination, fleet, logistics, or operations
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of fleet or logistics operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational tracking tools
- UAE driving license is an added advantage
