Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Operations Coordinator- Commodities Department** to support and monitor the execution of inspections and surveys, ensuring timely delivery of reports, certificates, and client updates while maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule local and international inspections and surveys.
- Register and maintain inspection jobs, reports, certificates, invoices, and communications in Salesforce.
- Liaise with inspectors, clients, laboratories, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth job execution.
- Review inspection reports and documentation for accuracy and compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Dispatch reports, certificates, and samples within agreed timelines.
- Monitor file status, maintain proper records, and ensure timely closure of jobs.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Support invoice follow-up, statement of account issuance, and payment tracking.
- Assist with inspector scheduling, leave planning, overtime records, and expense verification.
- Provide operational support during emergencies or peak workload periods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office /Excel and database/CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-service orientation.
