Overview

The Marketing & Digital Manager will be responsible for managing and executing all marketing, design, and digital activities for the Middle East entities.

The role will act as the single point of contact for regional marketing, supporting leadership, commercial, and operational teams to enhance visibility, support growth, and strengthen market positioning.

This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and execution.

1. Marketing Strategy & Governance

  • Manage and execute the overall marketing plan for Middle East entities.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all marketing needs in the region.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with company policies and brand guidelines.
  • Bring structure where none exists by developing processes, templates, and marketing calendars.
  • Proactively suggest new marketing ideas to improve visibility and business growth.

2. Thought Leadership Support

  • Assist leadership with thought leadership content (articles, LinkedIn posts, presentations).
  • Translate leadership inputs into clear, market-facing messaging.
  • Support positioning of senior management in industry forums and external platforms.

3. Marketing Collateral & Design

  • Prepare and maintain company profiles, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Support new service launches and market entry initiatives with appropriate marketing material.
  • Maintain a central library of approved templates and visuals for regional use.
  • Customize marketing material for key clients and tenders.

4. Digital Marketing & Content Management

  • Coordinate SEO activities and basic website analytics.
  • Support email marketing campaigns (newsletters, announcements, service updates).
  • Explore and manage digital marketing campaigns where relevant (paid and organic).
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with business priorities and campaigns.

5. Messaging & Content Development

  • Work closely with technical and operational teams to translate services into market-friendly messaging.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across digital, print, and presentation materials.

6. Commercial & Sales Support

  • Support commercial teams with:
  • Sales presentations
  • Client proposals and RFP responses (layout, messaging, and visuals)
  • Adapt and tailor content to specific clients, sectors, and tenders.
  • Prepare market intelligence snapshots covering competitors, market trends, and positioning.

7. Events & Client Engagement

  • Plan and manage events, exhibitions, conferences, and webinars.
  • Support client engagement initiatives and participation in industry forums.
  • Coordinate event-related marketing materials and post-event content.

8. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track key marketing KPIs including leads, engagement, and website traffic.
  • Prepare simple monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Collect structured feedback from sales and operations teams on what works and what needs improvement.

Key Skills & Profile (Indicative)

  • Strong hands-on experience in B2B marketing, preferably in services, testing, inspection, certification, or industrial sectors.
  • Ability to manage design, digital, and content in parallel.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

Candidate Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred, aligned with team structure and role requirements
  • Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing / digital / communications role
  • Experience in B2B marketing is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on exposure to:
  • Marketing collateral development
  • Digital marketing and content management
  • Website coordination and basic analytics
  • Sales and proposal support
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work closely with leadership, sales, and technical teams
  • Young, high-energy, and driven individual with a proactive mindset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
