Workplace and travel
- The role includes travel across different sites and site and camp visits.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee welfare, accommodation, and transportation requirements.
- Liaise with camps, sites, supervisors, drivers, and internal teams.
- Handle employee queries and welfare-related concerns.
- Conduct site and camp visits and follow up on operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Support HR and Operations with workforce-related requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of welfare and operational matters.
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, welfare services, camp coordination, facilities, or employee services.
- Strong communication and coordination skills; good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable travelling across different sites.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are an advantage.
