Responsible for coordinating daily operations and ensuring smooth pest control and cleaning service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate service schedules and assign duties to technicians, cleaners, drivers, and other staff.
- Communicate with clients about schedules, complaints, and requirements; follow up on complaints and arrange corrective actions.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and work progress; coordinate field teams and supervisors to complete jobs on time.
- Prepare schedules, service reports, job sheets, and operational records; assist management with daily reporting.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and uniform requirements.
Requirements
- Previous operations coordination experience; pest control or cleaning services experience is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage schedules.
- Basic MS Office, Excel, and email knowledge.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 2,300 per month.
