Supervise cleaning staff, uphold cleanliness standards, and manage daily transportation duties.
Job location is Dubai, UAE. Work is in person.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning at client sites, assign staff duties, and check that work is completed.
- Inspect sites and coordinate cleaning requirements with clients and management.
- Drive the company vehicle to transport staff and cleaning materials; maintain the vehicle.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, uniforms, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Previous cleaning supervision experience is preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills; knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to manage staff and travel between work sites; willingness to work according to company requirements.
Pay
- AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
