Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for daily operational troubleshooting across outlets and ensure opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock of dry goods, perishables, and packaging with stores, warehousing, and outlets to prevent stockouts.
• Coordinate outlet supervisors, the production team, and management on daily and weekly targets.
• Audit outlets for food safety, hygiene, and brand presentation standards.
• Track customer feedback and resolve operational bottlenecks with outlet teams.
• Maintain equipment logs and coordinate preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly wastage, staff-cost, and revenue-per-outlet metrics.
• Review and optimize weekly staff schedules for peak customer traffic and overheads.
• Assist with vendor management, deliveries, and invoice verification against purchase orders.
• Prepare periodic reports and proactively identify and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a restaurant or cafe manager.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, or equivalent.
• Customer-oriented approach with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Experience with POS/RMS, ordering, and inventory.
• Odoo experience is a major advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Availability for on-call, after-hours, weekend, and public-holiday work.

Pay

• Pay is AED 5,000 per month.
