Seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, customer-oriented Barista to prepare and serve beverages and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and blenders; customize drinks to customer preferences and dietary needs.
- Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized; follow food-handling and sanitation standards.
- Restock supplies and keep track of inventory levels.
Qualifications
- At least 3–4 years of barista experience at a reputed brand is essential; the experience section states 3 years required.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and equipment is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management; passion for coffee, willingness to learn, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Employment and pay
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
