Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage and oversee day-to-day logistics operations related to bulk liquid transport. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between clients, drivers, and internal teams while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily transport operations for bulk liquid shipments
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely execution
- Communicate with clients, drivers, and warehouse personnel
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Resolve operational issues and delays efficiently
- Support continuous improvement of logistics processes
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport operations preferred
- Knowledge of bulk liquid transport is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, Excel, etc.)
