Operations Consultant - Full Time

Position overview

Essential duties

• Provide professional, knowledgeable client service during store business hours.
• Help train cashiers and consultants on POS and mobile POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone.
• Support merchandising concepts and shortage-reduction programs.
• Receive and process shipments on time.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom to company standards.
• Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards.
• Check in visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces.
• Maintain safety, tidiness, sampling-policy compliance, and inventory control.
• Complete cashier functions when designated and cross-trained.

Expected skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience is preferred, ideally in a stockroom capacity.
• Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask while responding to client and business needs.
• Effective time-management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Workplace and physical requirements

• Onsite role at Sephora Vaughan Mills in Vaughan, Ontario.
• Work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Bend and stretch to stock shelves.

Compensation

• Compensation range is CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
