To support our growing local customer base, we are officially launching Smartlox Company in Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for a driven, organised and energetic person to be our Founding Team Member on the ground in Riyadh.
The Role
We are hunting for a "Founding Generalist" to join us and help keep our Saudi entity healthy and organised.
You will be our Operations & Business Compliance Coordinator, working as an integral part of a collaborative global team.
This isn't just about admin; it's about being our local anchor and helping us stay organised as we define the future of industrial safety together.
We want someone who will support us, grow with us and achieve their own professional goals along the way.
Ground Control (Operations & Support)
- Portal Support: You will help us stay on top of our various Saudi government portals (like Qiwa, GOSI and Mudad). With the support of the broader team, you'll track our compliance and ensure our local registrations are always in good standing.
- Administrative Sync: Help the global team stay organised with local requirements and track key operational milestones so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Compliance Tracking: Assist in monitoring our local registrations (MISA, ZATCA, etc.) to ensure we stay ready to serve our local partners and clients.
Logistics & Coordination
- Travel Guru: Coordinate trips, local travel and meeting schedules for your future visiting colleagues.
- Project Guardian: Help maintain visibility of our local Saudi activity for the global team using ClickUp and Google Workspace. You’ll be the bridge that ensures we are always moving in sync across our international hubs.
Cultural & Commercial Ambassador
- The Linguist: Help us localise our brand voice by translating client communications and decks into professional Arabic that feels right.
- Local Guide: Advise the team on Saudi business etiquette and cultural norms to help us build strong, respectful relationships in the Kingdom.

- Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English (you’ll be collaborating with our team in Australia and the UK daily).
- Organised: You love structure. You naturally enjoy staying on top of deadlines and tracking requirements to keep things running smoothly.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with modern tools like ClickUp and Google Workspace.
- Ambitious: You’re eager to learn and grow. As we expand, you’ll have the opportunity to move into future operational and people management roles that align with your career goals.
