Operations Associate - Grocery

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Monitor site performance using B10s, rejections, missing items, and cancellations; identify accuracy and fulfillment issues.
• Investigate issues, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Train pickers on SOPs, substitution handling, order prioritization, picking accuracy, and customer-first execution.
• Develop site-specific KPI action plans and report findings, solutions, and stakeholder support needs.
• Maintain site visit and performance records and share updates with central operations and partner management.
• Check tablets, printers, and SIMs; troubleshoot or escalate hardware problems.
• Coordinate with store teams on stock availability, item accuracy, and efficient order preparation.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in grocery, retail, or delivery operations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with mobile or tablet apps and basic troubleshooting.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car.
• Able to work on-site at multiple store locations for extended periods.
