About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform used by businesses to accept payments, grow revenue, and support business opportunities.

About the Team

The team provides support to Stripe users and handles customer cases and internal operational needs.

The work combines product, financial industry, money movement, and process knowledge to support internal and external users.

Responsibilities

  • Learn Stripe products and features; respond to customer email inquiries with accurate information.
  • Troubleshoot issues with guidance, escalate complex cases, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal tools; take part in team meetings, training, and continuous learning.

Minimum Requirements

  • User-first mindset and strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Analytical thinking, open-ended research, and problem-solving ability; interest in learning technical products and processes.
  • Organized, self-starting, process-oriented, able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment, and effective across teams and with external partners.
  • Enjoy working in an in-office environment and collaborating across teams.
  • Current student or recent graduate in 2026.

Programme Details

  • Six-month Apprenticeship Intern Program starting in January 2027, run in accordance with the Apprentices Act 1961.

In-office Expectations

  • Stripe Delivery Center roles in Bengaluru are 100% office-based.
