Operations Assistant

This is a high-energy, high-impact role for someone who wants to get their hands dirty and help run a fast-growing wellness brand.

You’ll work directly with the Operations Manager across supply chain, customer experience, commercial accounts, sales, and cross-functional projects.

You’ll solve problems, improve processes, and help build the operational backbone that powers our growth.

> Support day-to-day operations and help optimise processes across the business

> Work on supply chain management — inventory planning, production coordination

> Own customer interactions: resolve issues quickly and contribute to CX initiatives that improve satisfaction

> Support marketing events and help execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention

> Help manage and grow relationships with existing commercial accounts

> Collaborate on cross-functional projects across marketing, product, finance, and more

> Move quickly, stay organised, and keep multiple balls in the air

> Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with numbers

> Excellent written and verbal communication

> Proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude

> Able to juggle competing priorities without losing focus

> Takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do

> Thrives in fast-paced environments with high expectations

> Have a degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar

> Are a recent graduate or have 1-2 years of relevant experience

> Are comfortable working independently and as part of a team

> Have the drive to knock through brick walls when needed

> Operations run smoothly with fewer bottlenecks

> Customer satisfaction measurably improves
