The Role
This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who wants real exposure, real responsibility, and real output.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team across brand, content, partnerships, events, and design, supporting whatever the business needs most at any given time.
No two weeks will look the same.
You’ll be expected to contribute, learn quickly, and take ownership.
What You’ll Be Involved In
You’ll support across the following:
> Marketing Execution
> Supporting omni-channel campaigns across DTC, retail, and B2B
> Helping manage our influencer marketing strategy and ambassador activity
> Digital Marketing
> Supporting email marketing strategy and ecommerce marketing initiatives.
>
Supporting with content creation and social media assets.
> Events & Partnerships
> Assisting with the planning and execution of events and activations
> Supporting brand partnerships and collaborations
What We’re Looking For
> Must-haves
> Strong interest in marketing, branding, and design
> Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign a plus)
> Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
> High attention to detail and pride in quality of work
> Willingness to get stuck in and help wherever needed
> Nice to have
> A degree in Marketing, Design, Digital Media, Business, or similar
> Interest in wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and consumer brands
> Previous internship, freelance, or project experience
What Success Looks Like
> Your work is reliable, on-brand, and improving over time
> Campaigns, events, and partnerships run more smoothly because of your input
> You’ve built strong foundations across brand, marketing, and execution
> You’re trusted with more responsibility as time progresses
Eligibility
You must be based in Dubai.
A valid UAE work visa is required.
