Job Overview: The position is responsible for providing compliance support with the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System’s laws, policies, and procedures.

This may include the following:

• Review published materials and internal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Review and research Internal Audit projects and analytics.
• Provide support to TCRS special projects as assigned by Management.

• Assist in periodic testing of laws application in the system to ensure compliances.
• Assist with new laws implementation.
• Research and monitor felony charges and forfeiture of benefits.
• Assist with vendor contract monitoring activities.
• Research and address Internal Audit findings and recommendations.
• Review, update, and create procedures and desk guides.
• Research and report on various retirement related topics.
• Research issues and respond to compliance questions from TCRS personnel, utilizing legal and reference manuals Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduation from a four-year college or university with a major in accounting or business administration related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience

• Time management and prioritization At the present time, this position is primarily remote, with occasional required in-person meetings. It is anticipated that the department will regularly utilize its downtown Nashville office on a hybrid schedule in the future. Job location is subject to change at the discretion of the Department.
