Schedule

• Day shift; full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage fundraising operations, gift processing, database administration, documentation, and coordination across internal teams.
• Oversee gift entry, recurring gifts, payment documentation, coding, acknowledgements, and resolution of processing exceptions.
• Maintain donor records, gift and pledge information, designations, appeal and campaign coding, and other fundraising data.
• Reconcile gifts and deposits with Finance, support month-end close, and align fundraising and financial records.
• Provide backup support across Operations roles to help maintain continuity and perform other assigned duties.

Education and experience

• High school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, or an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.

Preferred qualification

• Certification specializing in fundraising is preferred.
