Operations Analyst - Full-time - Summer 2027 Start

Role Overview

Compensation

• Base salary is $80,000, plus a $5,000 joining bonus.
• Structured salary information lists a yearly range of USD 80,000–90,500.

Workplace

• Boston-based role with four in-office days Monday through Thursday and one remote day Friday.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain operations and develop business cases to improve speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports in Google Sheets or Looker Data Studio.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to address systemic supply chain bottlenecks.
• Own problem-solving from diagnosis through execution and drive process and tool improvements.
• Work with suppliers, carriers, and field teams to scale operational improvements.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to peers and leadership.
• Customer, Promise & Execution teams use delivery and fulfillment data to improve delivery promises, lead times, capacity, carriers, and processes.
• Planning & Execution teams use forecasts, capacity, performance, and risk reporting to prepare for promotions and high-demand periods.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree, such as Analytics, Supply Chain, or Business Operations, expected by June 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and SQL or GBQ.

• Strong business acumen and ability to assess problems from customer or supplier perspectives.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort and interest in using AI to accelerate analysis, strengthen recommendations, and speed execution.
