Role Overview
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to enhance performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to streamline processes.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Support project planning and execution with data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari regulations.
- Assist in implementing new systems and operational strategies.
- Provide recommendations for cost savings and resource optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Knowledge of ERP systems and operational reporting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: Up to QAR22,000.00 per month
