Potential operations areas

• Asset Management Operations supports clients and the client, product and investment lifecycle, including risk oversight, change management and business intelligence.
• Wealth Management Operations provides service, delivery, processing and front-to-back operational support across trade and client lifecycles.
• FICC and Equities Operations supports onboarding, post-trade transactions and portfolios, client relationships, and business development of products and markets.
• Corporate Treasury Operations handles payments, liquidity, cash management and bank relationship management.
• Regulatory & Control Operations oversees books and records and supports client-money, regulatory and tax reporting obligations.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient to advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, communication and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Ability to adapt, self-direct, analyze, evaluate and form independent judgments.
• Ability to build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
• Team orientation, positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity and sound judgment.
