Operations Analyst supporting program and operations work, including data management, metrics, reporting, team coordination, and process improvement.
The role helps deliver a Commercial and Industrial energy program in Ontario.
Workplace
- Hybrid role requiring one day per week in the office for a team meeting.
- Candidates must be located in the Greater Toronto Area.
Responsibilities
- Develop reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements to policies, processes, or tools.
- Lead and participate in staff meetings; manage special projects and serve as team lead when needed.
- Create dashboards and KPI trackers.
- Adapt to shifting priorities across multiple projects.
Experience and education
- Requires 1–3 years of experience in an analyst role and 0–4 years of experience in energy efficiency.
- Post-secondary education in Sustainability, Energy, or Business.
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot, for data cleaning and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Outlook.
- E-blast experience such as Mail Merge or Mailchimp is preferred.
- Python, SQL, or VBA experience is an asset.
Compensation
- Target compensation is $32 per hour.
- The stated compensation range is $23.40–$40.55 CAD per hour.
