- Core Banking Transformation – Operations SME Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as a Retail & Corporate Banking Operations SME supporting T24 transformation programs across back-office operations.
- Manages requirements gathering, BRDs/FSDs, scope control, and vendor coordination.
- Defines target operating model (TOM), process mapping, and business rules for banking operations.
- Supports data migration, cleansing, mapping, and balance reconciliation activities.
- Leads testing and UAT, including defect triage and requirement validation.
- Drives change management and training, including SOPs, user manuals, and operational readiness. Required Experience:
- 11+ years of experience in Temenos Core Banking transformation programs as a client-facing BA/SME.
- Strong Middle East Retail & Corporate Islamic Banking experience, covering accounts, deposits, financing, and payments.
- Certified Temenos consultant with 5+ years of experience in Islamic AA and TPH implementations.
