About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Operational Risk Management framework and associated policies for the GCC region, ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements and Group-level standards
- Lead operational risk reporting, including risk appetite monitoring, risk profile analysis, and periodic reporting to senior management and governance forums
- Support the governance of operational risk across the region, including risk appetite frameworks, KRI development and monitoring, and escalation processes
- Manage and enhance the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) programme across GCC operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and effective implementation
- Oversee operational risk event management, including incident capture, root cause analysis, and identification of thematic risk trends
- Ensure operational resilience considerations are embedded within RCSAs, including mapping of critical processes and key system dependencies to support business continuity and resilience planning
