Role Overview

Lead the transformation agenda across the Demand to Delivery function.

Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and business change that delivers measurable results.

Work with leaders across Operations, Logistics, Transport, and Demand Planning.

What You Will Do

  • Lead strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence projects.
  • Support SAP improvements and digital transformation programmes.
  • Identify automation and AI opportunities.
  • Build continuous improvement capability through coaching and development.
  • Deliver sustainable improvements in performance, service, and efficiency.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience managing operational excellence, transformation, or continuous improvement programmes.
  • Excellent project, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or DMAIC methodologies.
  • SAP or ERP system experience.
  • Passion for initiating change and delivering results.
  • A full valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to operational locations.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary of approximately £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.
  • Annual bonus.
  • Company car or car allowance.

Working Pattern

  • Hybrid working with 60% office attendance at the Warrington WA3 6XG site.
  • Contracted hours are 37.5 per week, generally 7.5 hours per day plus an unpaid one-hour lunch break.
  • Flexible start and finish times are available if core hours of 09:30 to 16:00 are covered.
