IT Infrastructure Operations Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage local IT operations across UK and Ireland sites.
• Lead the local team dedicated to IT operations and end-user support.
• Ensure operational continuity, service quality, and compliance with European Digital Technology standards and policies.
• Support group-wide initiatives and projects across the business.

Candidate requirements

• Experience in an IT operations role, such as an IT service desk or managed service provider, and experience leading IT support professionals.
• Extensive multisite support experience, including budget management, supplier management and contract negotiation.
• Demonstrable server and network experience, including VLAN, LAN and WAN technologies.
• Telephony experience with VoIP and ACD call centre systems, and good knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Willingness to travel across UK and Ireland sites and European offices.

Workplace

• Based at the Birchwood Park office, with hybrid working available: three days in the office and two days at home.
