Operation Team Leader

Overview

• Supervise and lead the operations team, including warehouse staff, pickers, packers, and delivery personnel.
• Monitor daily workflows to ensure timely processing, packing, and dispatch of orders.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain accuracy and efficiency in logistics processes.
• Track performance metrics such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and productivity, and report findings to management.
• Identify bottlenecks and operational issues, and develop solutions to optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies within the warehouse and delivery operations.
• Coordinate with Customer Service departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving operational issues promptly.
