Operation Team Leader

Overview

• Supervise and lead the operations team, including warehouse staff, pickers, packers, and delivery personnel.
• Monitor daily workflows to ensure timely processing, packing, and dispatch of orders.
• Track performance metrics such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and productivity, and report findings to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies within the warehouse and delivery operations.
• Coordinate with Customer Service departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving operational issues promptly.
• Leading and supervising daily logistics and warehouse operations
• Coordinating e-commerce order processing, packing, and dispatch
• Managing inventory control and stock accuracy
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring KPI targets are achieved
• Handling customer returns, exchanges, and issue resolution
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
• Supporting in-store activities such as stock display, replenishment, and customer assistance
