About This Role
- Supervise and lead the operations team, including warehouse staff, pickers, packers, and delivery personnel.
- Monitor daily workflows to ensure timely processing, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Track performance metrics such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and productivity, and report findings to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies within the warehouse and delivery operations.
- Coordinate with Customer Service departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving operational issues promptly.
- Leading and supervising daily logistics and warehouse operations
- Coordinating e-commerce order processing, packing, and dispatch
- Managing inventory control and stock accuracy
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring KPI targets are achieved
- Handling customer returns, exchanges, and issue resolution
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
- Supporting in-store activities such as stock display, replenishment, and customer assistance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
