About This Role
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurants and franchises
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in restaurant and franchise management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
