Operation Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of Magnum Clinic, ensuring smooth workflow across clinical, front office, sales, and administrative departments.

This role focuses on operational efficiency, revenue optimization, team management, compliance, and patient satisfaction.

The Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in driving performance, improving systems, and ensuring the clinic meets its financial and service goals.

Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow

Monitor scheduling efficiency and resource allocation

Implement and improve operational SOPs

Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance

Monitor monthly revenue and department performance

Track KPIs for sales, patient coordination, and doctors

Improve treatment conversion and case value

Control operational costs and optimize profitability

Supervise front desk, sales, and support staff

Conduct team meetings and performance evaluations

Recruit, train, and mentor staff

Build a target-driven and service-focused culture

Ensure adherence to DHA/MOH regulations

Manage licensing, documentation, and audits

Oversee vendor management and inventory control

Coordinate insurance processes and approvals

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in healthcare or dental clinic operations

At least 2–3 years in a managerial role preferred

Strong understanding of dental clinic workflow

Proven experience in revenue and team management

Knowledge of DHA/MOH regulations (UAE) preferred

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
