We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dental Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Dental Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our dental services Your primary goal is to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
1. **Client Relationship Management:** Build and nurture relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and laboratories to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. **Product Promotion:** Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our dental products to potential clients, highlighting how they meet the specific requirements of dental practices.
3. **Sales Target Achievement:** Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base.
4. **Market Research:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
5. **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our dental product line, keeping up-to-date with product specifications, applications, and advancements.
6. **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and effective customer satisfaction.
7. **Training and Education:** Conduct product training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of our dental products, fostering long-term relationships.
8. **Reporting:** Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dental sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of dental industry practices and products.
