Role Overview

Operations and Maintenance Work

• Provide engineering support to O&M contracts, projects, and operational assets within agreed scopes, standards, and procedures.
• Support troubleshooting, technical queries, site issues, operational improvements, KPI monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Prepare, review, update, and implement O&M procedures, work instructions, method statements, and technical documents.
• Promote compliance with company, client, regulatory, and project requirements; participate in audits, assurance reviews, incident investigations, and lessons learned.
• Support tender, proposal, business development, bid clarification, execution planning, and mobilisation activities with technical and operational input.
• Support contract delivery, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and site delivery through visits in MEAC regions.
• Collaborate across operations, maintenance, engineering, project delivery, commercial, and business development teams; maintain technical competence and share lessons learned.
• Liaise under supervision with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering, operations, or maintenance discipline.
• At least two years of relevant O&M project experience in the MEAC region; relevant O&M field experience is advantageous.
• Practical O&M contract delivery experience and understanding of procedures, technical standards, assurance requirements, and safe systems of work.
• Ability to develop procedures and technical documents and provide practical input to tenders and proposals.
• Good written and verbal communication, collaboration, organization, initiative, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to onshore and offshore sites in Iraq, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, and other African regions.
• Arabic and French speaking is advantageous.

Workplace and Reporting

• The role is on-site in Dubai, UAE, and requires travel to regional sites.
• Reports to the Lead Operations Engineer or Operations Manager.
