About The Role
- Supporting the CEO and senior executives on key company initiatives, Operating Principals are Revolut's general problem solvers.
- You'll take ownership of multiple projects and deliver business value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of various processes and products.
- What you’ll be doing
- Identifying new growth and revenue opportunities
- Building and optimising scalable processes to support the company's growth
- Leading and executing key company initiatives
- What you'll need
- A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university
- A track record of outstanding achievement in different areas
- 4+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank/PE, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
- Experience working abroad or as an expat
