About The Role
- Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers.
- In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
- We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to act as a first-line compliance partner to our crypto teams.
- In this hands-on role, you’ll actively shape how crypto features are launched, scaled, and communicated across EU markets, translating complex regulation into practical, product-ready solutions.

- What you'll be doing
- Partnering with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on crypto and consumer regulations, including financial promotions regime, upcoming regulatory changes, and consumer protection requirements
- Supporting NIAPs, new product launches, and K rollouts for crypto features
- Reviewing and approving customer communications and marketing materials
- Owning post-launch product reviews and ensuring regulatory decisions are clear, documented, and defensible
- Translating evolving regulation into actionable, product-ready requirements
- Conducting horizon-scanning and supporting BAU compliance activities, including KRIs, BCIs, fair value indicators, and customer sentiment metrics
- Enabling the business by proposing pragmatic, compliant solutions that protect consumers while maintaining delivery velocity
- What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
- Expertise in interpreting and applying regulations within a business context
- Experience in a top-tier bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, fast-growing technology company, or strategy consultancy
- An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
- Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
