Onsite Warehouse Support Specialist

Role Overview

Schedule

• The scheduled hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Workplace

• The role is based onsite at 400 Kolendorski Road, Jackson, New Jersey.
• The specialist works directly with partner fulfillment-center leadership and associates.

Inventory and Merchant Support

• Run daily cycle counts and inventory control processes according to written SOPs.
• Investigate discrepancies, perform physical location checks, and reconcile inventory variances within required service levels.
• Determine root causes of inventory adjustments and lead corrective efforts.
• Perform merchant-requested audits and resolve inventory-related ticket requests within a two-hour SLA.
• Present weekly performance reports and communicate merchant and operational updates to site leaders.

Compliance and Operations

• Follow food safety and compliance policies and ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed safely and legally.
• Maintain accurate records, support traceability, report product concerns, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications

• At least two years of ICQA experience in a 3PL or warehousing environment is required.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software is required.
• RF scanner experience is preferred.
• The role requires independent onsite work, strong communication, attention to detail, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
• The employee must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand and walk continuously during 8- to 10-hour shifts or longer.

Compensation

• The base pay for this position is $50,000 per year.
• The role may also be eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan.
