Manage and supervise technology deployments at active construction sites.

What You'll Do
- Supervise and operate deployed systems at active construction sites.
- Coordinate with client and site teams to support daily operations.
- Support setup, basic checks, and preparation before deployments.
- Monitor operations and operate the system remotely when required.
- Support demonstrations, pilots, proofs of concept, and on-site activities.
- Maintain equipment and coordinate deployment logistics, permissions, and readiness checks.
- Track operational metrics and report issues, progress, challenges, and performance.
- Work with software, hardware, sales, and operations teams to improve deployments.
- Help workers and labour teams understand and use the system.
Must-Have
- Diploma or engineering degree in any stream or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Willingness to travel and stay on-site across India, with occasional international travel.
- Comfort working in outdoor and construction-site environments.
- Basic familiarity with computers and Windows or Ubuntu.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, site teams, labour, and internal stakeholders.
Good-to-Have
- Prior experience in field operations, site operations, technical support, installation, deployment, or similar roles.
- Exposure to construction sites or project-based field work.
- Experience with technology-enabled equipment or systems.
- Robotics or autonomous systems exposure is advantageous but not required.
- Experience independently managing travel, logistics, or on-site coordination.
- Genuine interest in learning and working with new technologies.
Logistics
- Employment is full-time after an internship.
- The base location is Bangalore, India.
- The work mode is field-based and on-site at client construction sites.
- Initial deployments may require staying at the construction site for 3–4 weeks.
- Travel is pan-India with occasional international travel and is fully reimbursed.
- The role reports to the Robotics Head.
Pay
- Pay is ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month.
