Role Description
Baazeem Trading Company is seeking a full-time Online Sales Manager to join our team on-site in the Riyadh Region. This role involves managing and optimizing online sales channels, developing e-commerce strategies, and implementing innovative solutions to drive revenue growth. The Online Sales Manager will oversee customer engagement, maintain online store performance, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role also includes identifying new opportunities for online sales growth and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Online Marketing and E-Commerce, including experience managing online sales platforms, campaigns, and analytics
- Proficient in Sales strategies with a proven ability to meet sales goals and drive revenue growth
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships with clients and ensure positive customer experiences
- Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to inform business strategies
- Leadership and team collaboration skills to effectively work across departments and manage cross-functional projects
- Previous experience in managing online sales within the FMCG or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and overseeing successful online campaigns
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
