Technogym seeks an energetic, results-driven Online Client Advisor to provide a personalized remote shopping experience through phone, chat, email, and digital tools.

Responsibilities
- Achieve direct and indirect sales targets across business lines, including Digital Solutions.
- Manage inbound calls, chat, and email interactions and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct outbound activities with existing customers and prospects, and engage new commercial contacts.
- Build customer relationships through value-oriented proposals and guide clients to suitable products and services.
- Complete quotations, task updates, and appointments across sales channels; maintain accurate CRM data.
- Provide market feedback and support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Oversee orders through delivery and installation, check customer satisfaction, and upsell relevant products or services.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in phone sales techniques.
- Experience in luxury sales and/or customer service environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an understanding of consumer purchasing habits.
- Long-term customer relationship approach and strong written, oral, and listening skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems; proactive, enthusiastic, and problem-solving approach.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
