Role overview

Online Client Advisor based in Dubai, Jumeirah.

Full-time role focused on personalized online sales to business-to-consumer clients through phone, chat, email, and digital tools.

The position has a mandatory monthly sales target and is not solely a customer service role.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve direct and indirect sales targets across business lines, including digital solutions.
  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails and conduct outbound customer and prospect outreach.
  • Guide customers through purchases, build long-term relationships, and provide tailored product and service recommendations.
  • Complete sales back-office tasks, maintain CRM data, and provide market feedback.
  • Support marketing initiatives and manage the process from order through delivery and installation, checking satisfaction and upselling where applicable.

What the candidate should bring

  • Proven experience in phone sales techniques.
  • Experience in luxury sales and/or customer service environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an understanding of consumer purchasing habits.
  • A long-term customer relationship approach and familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening skills; a proactive, enthusiastic, problem-solving approach.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
