Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, visa, and compliance processes
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience aligned with company policies and timelines
- Collaborate with HR, recruitment, payroll, IT, admin, and business teams for seamless employee integration
- Track onboarding progress and maintain onboarding dashboards/reports
- Manage induction programs and employee orientation sessions
- Ensure employee records, contracts, and HR documentation are completed accurately
- Monitor onboarding KPIs, employee engagement, and process improvements
- Resolve onboarding-related queries and escalations professionally
- Lead and mentor onboarding coordinators/specialists
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8+ years of HR operations/onboarding experience
- Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of onboarding processes, employee lifecycle, and UAE labor practices
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or SuccessFactor
