Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and architectures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- A self-starter with a results-driven approach and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized technical expertise to support the sales team and to driver orders and drive in coordination with the sales team.
- Work with customers and development teams to create customized solutions that fit assigned customer needs.
- Define and contribute to the technical strategy for designated customers, adapting to their vision and requirements.
- Articulate technical offerings via presentations to customers, highlighting Nokia's unique value proposition.
- Collaborate with customer teams and market solution experts to ensure a seamless and effective sales process.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to offer innovative solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs and pain points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Support the sales team during prospect and negotiation phases, offering technical insights.
- Master internal processes and tools to accelerate business outcome
