Overview
- We are looking for a professional and motivated Office Staff / HR Assistant to join our recruitment company in Dubai.
- **Own visa holders will be given special priority**
- **Priority will be given to Nepali female candidates with their own visa.**
- The candidate will be responsible for handling daily office work, social media job posting, customer communication, and HR support tasks.
- Applicants should have good English and Hindi communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience using Microsoft Excel and social media platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administrative tasks
- Create and manage social media job posts
- Use Microsoft Excel and computer systems for office records
- Communicate professionally with customers and company clients
- Support HR and recruitment-related operations
- Respond to calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
- Maintain candidate records and office data
- Coordinate with international recruitment partners and companies
Requirements
- Good English & Hindi speaking skills
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge required
- Social media handling knowledge preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Professional attitude and teamwork ability
- HR or recruitment experience is an advantage
- Own visa holders will be given special priority
- Salary: AED 2500 per month
