About This Role

Overview

  • We are looking for a professional and motivated Office Staff / HR Assistant to join our recruitment company in Dubai.
  • **Own visa holders will be given special priority**
  • **Priority will be given to Nepali female candidates with their own visa.**
  • The candidate will be responsible for handling daily office work, social media job posting, customer communication, and HR support tasks.
  • Applicants should have good English and Hindi communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience using Microsoft Excel and social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office administrative tasks
  • Create and manage social media job posts
  • Use Microsoft Excel and computer systems for office records
  • Communicate professionally with customers and company clients
  • Support HR and recruitment-related operations
  • Respond to calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
  • Maintain candidate records and office data
  • Coordinate with international recruitment partners and companies

Requirements

  • Good English & Hindi speaking skills
  • Basic computer and Excel knowledge required
  • Social media handling knowledge preferred
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Professional attitude and teamwork ability
  • HR or recruitment experience is an advantage
  • Own visa holders will be given special priority
  • Salary: AED 2500 per month
