About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
- Handle inquiries and direct calls to the concerned department
- Maintain office records and appointments
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation when required
- Coordinate with staff and support daily office operations
- Occasionally serve beverages to senior staff and office guests as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English
- Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- **Female Candidates Only:** Must hold own visa, transferable visa, or spouse visa.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per hour
