Overview
Dreamize is looking for a professional and well-presented **Office Receptionist** to join our Dubai office.
This role is important for creating a strong first impression, keeping the office organized, and supporting daily administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls, messages, and basic inquiries
- Manage front desk activities and keep the reception area organized
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules
- Support the admin team with documentation, filing, and follow-ups
- Handle courier, deliveries, and basic office supplies coordination
- Assist with internal communication between departments when needed
- Maintain a positive and organized office environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, admin assistant, or similar role
- Strong communication skills in English
- Arabic is a plus
- Presentable, polite, and professional attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer knowledge: Google Workspace, Excel, email, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative agency environment
Working Days & Hours
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
