Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for an Office Manager – Vice President.
The role involves overseeing administrative operations, managing office equipment and supplies, coordinating various office services, and supporting the Vice President with correspondence and scheduling.
The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, improving organizational workflows, and maintaining a high standard of customer service to enhance professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage daily operations, schedules, and tasks efficiently.
- Experience with Office Equipment and supplies management, ensuring smooth operations and functionality.
- Ability to maintain organization and prioritize tasks while handling multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in common office software and tools necessary for administrative tasks.
- Proven leadership abilities and an adaptable mindset.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent field is preferred, along with relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Knowledge of workplace regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
