Job Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
This role oversees administrative functions, supports staff, manages vendors and supplies, and helps maintain a productive and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- **Office Operations:**
- **Manage daily front-office activities, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and overseeing mail distribution.**
- **Administrative Support:**
- **Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, arrange travel, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management.**
- **Facility Management:**
- **Oversee office maintenance, manage equipment and repairs, coordinate workspace planning, and ensure a safe and organized environment.**
- **Supply & Vendor Management:**
- **Monitor inventory, order office supplies, and liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective procurement.**
- **Financial Administration:**
- **Track office expenses, assist with budgeting, and process invoices and payments.**
- **HR & Staff Support:**
- **Assist with onboarding new employees, support internal policies, and organize company events and staff engagement activities.**
Required Skills and Qualifications
- **Experience:**
- **Minimum of 2+ years in office management or administrative roles.**
- **Communication:**
- **Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and external partners.**
- **Technical Proficiency:**
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.**
- **Organizational Skills:**
- **Excellent multitasking ability, attention to detail, and time management.**
- **Leadership & Discretion:**
- **Ability to take initiative, support teams, and handle confidential information with professionalism.**
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a professional office environment.
