Office Manager - Saudi National
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support the Development Director and oversee daily administrative and operational activities within the department. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, coordinate internal and external communications, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Development Manager.
- Handle correspondence and communication with service centers, banks, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely processing, signing, and follow-up of company documents and contracts.
- Organize travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics when required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to support decision-making.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Attend internal and external meetings as required.
- Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion by responsible parties.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative roles.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of dealing with banks, government entities, and official processes in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general office management tools.
- Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
- Professional, trustworthy, and highly dependable personality.
