About This Role

Job Purpose:

To support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards, while effectively managing relationships with contractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans and schedules.
• Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Coordinate daily with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review and follow up on material requests to ensure timely availability.
• Track project progress and prepare periodic reports (daily / weekly).
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site.
• Support cost control and budget monitoring activities.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders (consultants, contractors, suppliers).
• Assist in project handover processes (initial and final acceptance).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field – site-based background preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project execution or management.
• Proven experience in dealing with contractors and suppliers .
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera is a plus).
• Strong site supervision and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
