Job Purpose
To support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards, while effectively managing relationships with contractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans and schedules.
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Coordinate daily with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Review and follow up on material requests to ensure timely availability.
- Track project progress and prepare periodic reports (daily / weekly).
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site.
- Support cost control and budget monitoring activities.
- Attend meetings with stakeholders (consultants, contractors, suppliers).
- Assist in project handover processes (initial and final acceptance).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field – site-based background preferred).
- **3–5 years**
- of relevant experience in project execution or management.
- Proven experience in dealing with
- contractors and suppliers
- .
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera is a plus).
- Strong site supervision and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
